That sounds like a great project!
I’ve been scrapping a long time and sell supplies and in fact just went to the biggest hobby trade show in the country a few days ago and haven’t seen scrapbook supplies that were devoted to rats. My suggestion is to get a few scrapbook supplies that deal with pets in general and find some rubber stamps that have rat images and go from there. I’ll include a few links to give you some ideas.

I am so sorry about your pet.. My dog named Lolly pop passed away too last year… I know how you are feeling…It took time for me to recover from my lost… I dedicated some scrapbook pages for her too…
